I’ve been sleeping on this pillow for a few weeks now. I really love it and I would recommend it. So far I don’t think it’s helping my neck pain because I’m definitely a side sleeper and I move around a lot but it’s so comfortable and cooling. I actually hate memory foam pillows but this pillow has completely changed my mind.

Only have slept on it for a week, but the constant neck pain seems better. You can sleep on your side or on back. So far so good . I put a regular pillow case on. Don't know if would be able to take off AND put back on one it comes with.
